5. Reject stigma and do not tolerate discrimination.
6. Do not judge others' pain as less than your own.
7. Forgive yourself and reject guilt.
8. Never give up hope.
Together We Heal, Inc. offers support groups virtually for people who had experienced trauma to connect with others, as well as family groups for people who are supporting someone struggling from trauma: sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, and other types of abuse. All support groups are free, safe, and confidential places to talk things through with others who understand your experience, led by people who have had similar experiences too.

All group participants must register for groups in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and call-in number to access the group. With questions about groups, contact us at wehealtogetherinc@gmail.com.
