Expressive Writing
Expressive writing or journaling can be an effective tool for healing traumas. Many studies have shown that writing about traumatic experiences can help individuals process and cope with the emotions and memories associated with the trauma.

Expressive writing involves writing about one's deepest thoughts and feelings related to the trauma. It can be done in a journal, on a computer, or even through creative writing. The act of writing can help individuals organize their thoughts and feelings, make meaning of the trauma, and gain a sense of control over their emotions.

Research has shown that expressive writing can lead to improvements in physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. It has been found to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve immune system functioning, and decrease the frequency and severity of intrusive thoughts related to the trauma.

However, it's important to note that expressive writing is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Individuals who have experienced trauma should seek the support of a qualified therapist or counselor to help them process and heal from their experiences.
Reviews & Testimonials
"Jennifer Jones is a kind, resilient, and giving spirit. 100 Days of Healing is truly a wonderful book and diary for those who want to get to know themselves better and grow for the better. As a chronically anxious and depressed person, it really helps me to write my thoughts down instead of internalizing my problems. Jennifer has put so much thought and care into these pages, and I encourage you to get this book for yourself as well. Reading through her own experiences and writing about yours as well will let you know that you are not alone!"
